Sam's Club Buries Mound

At Facing South, we read that in Alabama, construction for a new Sam's Club is destroying 1,500 year old ceremonial mound.

Indeed, as the Oxford, Alabama Mayor Leon Smith says, "What it's going to be is more prettier than it is today."
